    The apartments are expected to be completed in spring 2027.

    Yes, the apartments will be available for both short-term stays and long-term rentals.

    Yes, each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes everything needed for cooking, including a dishwasher, coffee machine, cooktop, sink, as well as a full set of dishes, glassware and kitchen utensils.

    The hotel will feature a spa area for our guests, including multiple saunas, a jacuzzi, a treatment room, and a relaxation area with stunning sea views.

    Given the unique seaside location, parking is not available directly at the apartments, but is just a 3-minute walk away. Guests can easily park along Lašu Street or in the lot by Rīgas Street.
